" Mines to a new ten-year strategic plan 2015-2025 management," titles the Phare newspaper  noting that " the Minister of Mines , Martin Kabwelulu , presided over the opening ceremony of the workshop to validate the report audit of the institutional and organizational framework for the mining sector , yesterday Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at the hotel Venus ( ... ) to discuss the evils that institutional management and mining sector , especially , propose ways of effective solutions " .Reporting the same information, the Potentiel newspaper headline " Martin Kabwelulu called experts to provide the ground floor of a comprehensive strategic plan for the development of the mining sector " and noted that this project is based on four key areas: improving the legal and geological knowledge and the capacity of management in the mining sector , good governance , transparency and traceability in the mining sector , sustainable development .

On another note, Radio Okapi reports that residents of two villages near Bakamba (more than 200 km from Kananga ) clashed Monday, September 2 at knifepoint . More than ten people were injured and about fifty huts burnt in this city territory Dimbelenge . According to witnesses, a land dispute between two local leaders escalated . The police , rushed to the scene , arrested the perpetrators of the land dispute . The battle pitted , according to witnesses , residents of the village of the chief Mukemuna those of chief Mukandila . He wanted to build huts for use of classrooms for students in the mining town .
